How a site runs

1. Method statement — issued before mobilisation: sequence of work, overlaps, anchoring, and inspection points.
2. Inspection points — ground accepted, material laid, joints checked, cover placed.
3. Supervision — a Retech engineer on site throughout, or supervising the contractor's crew.
4. Handover — as-laid record and installed quantities.
