Who we are

This site is operated by Lovson Adroit Engineering Solution LLP, trading as Retech Geosolutions, A-413, Safal Pegasus, Anandnagar Road, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad 380015, India. Contact: info@retech.in.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, country and the message you write, used only to answer your enquiry. Calculator access: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email (or by WhatsApp to your mobile), which proves the address is yours; there is no password. The first time, you add your name, company, role and the other contact. We keep these on our server so you can sign in again on any device with a new code, send them to the Retech desk, and remember the sign-in in your browser. Codes expire after 10 minutes and are never stored in readable form. Analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics records pages visited, datasheets downloaded and WhatsApp buttons clicked, in aggregate. Declining analytics does not affect any part of the site.

Where it goes

Enquiries and calculator sign-ups are emailed to the Retech desk, kept in our mailbox, and logged in a Google Sheet that only Retech can open. Calculator sign-in details are stored on our web host (Hostinger). Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@retech.in and we will act within 30 days.

Cookies

Your browser stores your analytics choice, and keeps your calculator sign-in until you clear this site's data or choose "Sign out" on a calculator. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Map; both are served by Google, which receives your IP address when they load. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies; the banner will reappear.
